SECTION III: Donor Instructions

1. Complete the ACT Donor Form on line a completed copy will be e-mailed to ACT and the donor.
2. Ship the donation prepaid to ACT, at 2200 Burlington Street Columbia, MO 65202.
3. Please include a copy of the donor from in the box for better tracking.
4. After the donation is received and inventoried, a receipt will be e-mailed to you.

SECTION IV: Tax Deduction Information

The Internal Revenue Service Code provides a tax deduction for inventory donations to our organization. Inventory donations include the original total inventory cost, expenses incurred with inventory, such as incoming freight, warehousing, burden, and any additional costs associated with the donation, such as shipping or postage.
